I understand that any computer with email and internet browser will be able to access my electronic records. I consent to being bound by these terms and conditions and important disclosures of the Application (Application Terms and Conditions). I consent to HMO Texas Tire 9 LLC or HMO Texas Tires 2 LLC, as applicable (Texas Tires), and the parent companies of Texas Tires, including but not limited to Alwahban Management LLC, to use my information in the Application to apply for and obtain financing through any of the financing companies that Texas Tires typically uses or has a relationship with (Financiers), and to share my information with the Financiers. I understand that I will have to agree to the terms and conditions provided by the applicable Financier in the applicable lease agreement to obtain financing for the desired merchandise and/or services. I consent to Texas Tires sharing my information in the Application with the parent companies of Texas Tires, which may use my information for quality control, providing customer service, and providing offers, discounts, and promotional material. I further understand that I am requesting that Texas Tires and/or the parent companies of Texas Tires to submit my information in my Application to the Financiers for consideration for the Financiers to enter into a lease agreement with me. I understand that the Financiers are not obligated to offer a lease agreement to me. I understand that the lease agreement is a lease, not a loan or credit transaction.

Texas Tires offers lease-to-own options through the Financiers, which are independent third-party leasing providers, including but not limited to Snap Finance, American First Finance, and Koalafi.

This is a lease-to-own transaction, not a loan or traditional credit sale.
I understand that I will not own the product unless I complete all required payments or exercise an early purchase/buyout option as outlined in my lease agreement, if one is offered. I understand that ownership is contingent upon compliance with the ownership terms of the lease agreement entered into between I and the applicable Financier.

Important Lease Information

• Approval may be available without a traditional credit score, however credit information may be reviewed to verify identity and eligibility. While no credit history is required, information from consumer reporting agencies in connection with applications may be obtained by the Financiers, and I understand that my score with those agencies may be affected.

• Lease-to-own agreements may also be referred to as lease, rent-to-own, or rental-purchase agreements.

• The Financier, which is the leasing provider, purchases the item(s) from Texas Tires and retains ownership until all ownership requirements are satisfied.

• Total lease cost exceeds the retail cash price due to rental fees and possible additional charges, which may include late fees, NSF fees, optional protection plans, reinstatement fees, or other permitted fees.

• Early purchase or buyout options may be available and can reduce the total cost if exercised according to the provider’s terms and timelines. Additional or larger payments may be required to qualify for early purchase options.

• Not all applicants are approved. Terms, eligibility, payment amounts, fees, and ownership options vary by Financier and by state.

• Lease-to-own options may not be available in all states.

Provider-Specific Notes

• Snap: Lease-to-own agreements offered by Snap RTO LLC. Availability and terms vary by state. Snap may obtain information from consumer reporting agencies.

• American First Finance (AFF): AFF retains ownership of leased items until all ownership requirements are met. Early buyout options may be available.

• Koalafi: Koalafi may obtain information from consumer reporting agencies to verify identity and eligibility.

Texas Tires is not a lender and does not make approval decisions. All approvals, terms, conditions, and ownership rights are determined solely by the applicable Financier.

I hereby: Certify that all information I have provided or will provide is true, correct, and complete; Consent to receive the disclosures contained in the Application electronically; Consent to Texas Tires, the parent companies of Texas Tires,  and/or any of the Financiers contacting any person or company listed on my Application to obtain information about me and fully release all parties from any claim that may arise out of such contact; Authorize Texas Tires to charge any credit or debit card (as described in the Application) in the amount of my Initial Payment if my Application is approved and I execute a lease agreement with any of the Financiers; Agree that Texas Tires, the parent companies of Texas Tires, and/or any of the Financiers may obtain one or more consumer reports ("Consumer Reports") in connection with either (a) my Application, (b) any updates, renewals, or extensions of any transaction resulting from my Application ("Transactions"), (c) the review or collection of any Transaction and (d) other legitimate business purposes related to any Transaction; Understand that upon my request (a) I will be informed whether Texas Tires, the parent companies of Texas Tires, and/or any of the Financiers obtained Consumer Reports and, if so, the name and address of the individual or company that furnished the Consumer Reports; Authorize Texas Tires, the parent companies of Texas Tires, and/or any of the Financiers to share information with the merchant whose goods I am interested in buying ("Dealer") about any of the Financiers’ decisions to offer me a lease, and authorize Texas Tires, the parent companies of Texas Tires, and/or any of the Financiers to share my Application information and lease terms with Dealer; and understand that I can withdraw my consent by closing this web session without submitting my Application. Once my application is submitted, I understand that I can withdraw my consent to electronic records and request paper records by contacting the applicable Financier directly. I understand that, with regards to Texas Tires, my consent to electronic records applies only to my Application and that I may request Texas Tires to provide a copy of my Application in electronic or paper form by calling the store and requesting a copy of my Application, and that Texas Tires may require identifying information prior to releasing my Application information.

 

I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy (available at ) and Application Terms and Conditions including the consent for electronic signatures, records, and disclosures. I acknowledge that I am providing "written instructions" to Snap RTO LLC and Financiers under the Fair Credit Reporting Act authorizing Snap RTO LLC and Financiers to obtain information from my personal credit profile or other information from the Credit Reporting Agencies. I authorize Snap RTO LLC and Financiers to obtain such information solely to process this Application.

Communication Consent & Authorization

By submitting this form, I consent to receive communications from Texas Tires, its affiliates, partners, and service providers regarding my inquiry, account, services, promotions, or related business matters.
